Coverage
Every retailer you sell to. Including the ones nobody else covers.
Most deduction tools are built one retailer at a time, so they stop at the biggest names. Your deductions don't.
Already have a tool for Walmart or Amazon? Keep it.
We work alongside your existing deduction software and catch what it misses. No tool yet? We cover the major retailers end to end.
- Walmart
- Amazon
- Target
- Kroger
- Costco
- Home Depot
Your other 40 customers are where the money leaks.
Distributors and regional chains deduct just as much, and almost nobody disputes them. We cover them from day one, with the same evidence-based process.

- Albertsons
- UNFI
- KeHE
- Sysco
- US Foods
- Regional grocers

Estimate
How much are you leaving unclaimed?
Move the sliders to see what industry averages imply for a brand your size. Your free audit replaces the estimate with a real number.
Estimate only. Uses the industry averages above: deductions of 2–10% of revenue, of which 70–80% are never disputed. Not every deduction is invalid; your audit shows which ones are.
What we catch
We start where the proof is on paper.
Pricing and promotion deductions can be checked document against document: invoice vs. PO, deduction vs. promo calendar and contract. That's where invalid deductions are clearest and recovery is fastest.
- Pricing & cost variancesDeductions based on the wrong cost, an expired price, or a mismatch with your agreed terms.
- Promotions & allowancesTrade promotion and allowance deductions that exceed the agreed amount or fall outside the promo window.
- DuplicatesThe same deduction taken more than once, often across different remittances or retailers' systems.
- Compliance finesOTIF, ASN, labeling and routing penalties charged when the requirement was actually met.
- Post-audit claimsDeductions raised months after payment by third-party auditors, often without solid backup.
- Shortages, returns & spoilsQuantity and return claims, checked against your ASN, bill of lading and proof of delivery where available.
How it works
Start with a free audit. Keep recovering every week.
- Send your deduction dataForward 12 months of remittance advices, deduction backup, and invoices, plus your promo calendar if you have one. No EDI or ERP connection required to get started.
- Our AI runs the forensic auditEvery deduction is classified and checked against your invoices, POs, contracts and promotions to flag what's invalid, duplicated, or missing proof.
- You get a dollar figure and 20 disputesRecoverable revenue by retailer and reason code, plus 20 dispute packets ready to file, yours to keep whether or not you continue.
After the audit: recovery that runs itself
If you move forward, there's no dashboard to learn and no software to babysit.
- Forward and forgetRemittance emails forward automatically. A weekly export of invoices, POs and promos is all we need.
- Every deduction checkedNew deductions are validated and scored by likelihood of recovery before their dispute window closes.
- Disputes filed and followed upOur AI agent files each one directly with the retailer, in their own format — portal or EDI, whichever they require — with the required backup attached automatically. Borderline cases wait for your one-click approval first.
- A weekly cash reportWhat was filed, what came back, and the root causes behind repeat deductions so you can prevent them.
Who it's for
Built for the middle market. Not enterprise, not DTC.
Large enough that deductions cost real money. Lean enough that one to three people are fighting them in Excel.
- $30M–$500M in annual revenue
- Selling to major US retailers, distributors, or both
- A small AR or deductions team that can't chase every line
- Controllers and finance leaders who want a number, not a pitch
Pricing
of what we recover. Nothing else.
No setup fee, no software license, no retainer. If we don't recover anything, you don't pay anything. The free audit and its 20 dispute packets are yours either way.
Agency rates are typical industry ranges. Time per dispute based on Home Depot supplier research.
Questions
Before you send anything
Will disputing deductions hurt our relationship with the retailer?
Retailers expect suppliers to dispute invalid deductions; it's a normal part of the process. What strains relationships is vague or unsupported claims. Every dispute we file is evidence-based, professionally formatted to the retailer's requirements, and limited to deductions the documents show are invalid. You can approve borderline cases before anything is sent.
How accurate is the AI, and who reviews disputes before they're filed?
Every deduction is checked line by line against your own documents — invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and promo calendars — before it's classified as invalid, duplicated, or missing proof. Clear-cut, well-documented cases go out automatically; anything borderline is held for your one-click approval before it ever reaches the retailer. Nothing is filed without evidence behind it.
We already use a deduction tool for Walmart or Amazon. Why add you?
Keep it. We cover the distributors and regional retailers those tools don't, and can review what falls through the cracks on the major accounts. One weekly report shows everything in one place.
How does pricing work?
The audit is free. If you move forward, we charge 12% of the cash we actually recover, and only the cash we recover. No setup fee, software license, or monthly retainer, so there's no cost sitting on your books while disputes are pending.
Is there a contract, or can we stop at any time?
There's no long-term contract and no minimum commitment. Because we're paid on recovered cash rather than a subscription, there's nothing to lose by trying it and nothing to unwind if you decide to stop. The audit and its 20 dispute packets are yours to keep either way.
What do I need to send?
Your last 12 months of remittance advices, deduction backup, and invoices, plus promo calendars or trade agreements if you have them. We'll send you a secure upload link.
Is my data secure?
All data is securely housed in a SOC 2 compliant data warehouse, powered by Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric, which enables scalable analytics, automation, and reporting. Our system architecture supports end-to-end deductions tracking, from claim identification through to resolution and recovery, while maintaining full audit trails and reporting dashboards for our clients. Files are shared through a secure upload link and used only to prepare your audit and disputes — ask us to delete them at any time.
Do I need to connect our ERP or EDI?
No — connecting your ERP or EDI is optional, never a requirement to start. For the free audit, forwarding your remittance advices, deduction backup, and invoices is all it takes. For ongoing recovery, our deduction recovery AI agent files each dispute directly with the retailer through their own portal or EDI channel, using the backup you send us, so your internal systems stay untouched. If you'd like to connect your ERP or EDI later, we support it: a live feed lets the agent catch new deductions the moment they post and file before the dispute window closes, which some clients add for extra speed. It's an upgrade you can choose, not a prerequisite.
What happens if a retailer denies a dispute?
We review every denial and, where the documentation supports it, escalate or refile with additional backup. Not every dispute is won — win rates vary by retailer and reason code — but every outcome is tracked in your weekly cash report, so you always know what was recovered, what was denied, and why, along with the root causes worth fixing upstream.
Which retailers and distributors do you cover?
Major retailers like Walmart, Amazon, Target, Kroger, Costco and Home Depot, plus distributors and regional chains such as Dollar General, Albertsons, UNFI, KeHE, Sysco and US Foods. If you sell to someone else, list them in your request.
